Daily Streak & Why It Matters
Building a streak is one of the most satisfying parts of Chrono Trivia. Win at least one puzzle every day and your streak counter climbs. Losing a day resets it to zero, which creates real stakes for each morning session. The leaderboard is your own personal history. How long can you keep the chain going?
Streaks are tracked entirely on your own device, so there's no account required. Your progress is private, fast, and always available - even offline after your first load.
Expert Mode: For the True History Buffs
Classic mode asks you to sort events in order. Expert mode asks you to also guess the year each event happened. Your guess is counted correct if it falls within 2 years of the actual date. It sounds simple - until you're trying to remember whether the first iPhone came out in 2006 or 2007, or whether Roger Bannister broke the four-minute mile before or after Edmund Hillary climbed Everest.
Expert mode rewards not just pattern recognition but genuine historical knowledge. Completing a puzzle in Expert mode without hints earns you a special badge and maximum points.
Keeping the Lights On
Chrono Trivia is completely free to play and always will be. To keep the site running, you may see occasional non-intrusive ads. Your experience playing the game comes first — ads are placed away from the game area and never interrupt play.
If you want to support us right now, you can buy us a coffee. Every bit helps and we genuinely appreciate it.
